Park Shin Hye's Popularity

Today online news sources reported on Park Shin Hye’s popularity in China and Taiwan via the magazine Easy and its website youeasy.net. Easy is a Chinese magazine with a very famous feature- a "voting" section. Youeasy.net is the voicing section of this magazine.  It is basically the largest celebrity voting website in China. Everyday, millions of fans go online to their website just to vote for their favorite celebrities. And Shin Hye has been #1 ever since “You're Beautiful” finished airing in Korea-that will be six months now. The voting ends every weekend and opens on Monday.

Just last month, Shin Hye was featured in their magazine.  It's very rare for female celebrities to be in their magazine because Easy likes to report on male celebrities more.  So it is of great news to Shin Hye, her management company, and her fans that Easy has recently started to report about her.

Jang Keun Suk mentions Park Shin Hye once again

On his first stop of his Asia Tour, reporters asked Jang Keun Suk about the leading lady in his latest drama series, You’re Beautiful, Park Shin Hye.  As reported by our sister blog, KS2H, he has mentioned her in every fanmeeting event he has held (see their previous analysis HERE).  This latest one from Hong Kong’s press conference does not come as a surprise to many.

Park Shin Hye held a special surprise birthday party for her Manager, whom guided her through this tough industry, both in joy and in sorrow, for the past 7 years.

On Sunday, June 13, 2010, our beloved star attended the Garden 5 fan signing looking fabulously beautiful in pink.

According to a fan account on thenatstory.com, Shin Hye was very punctual and arrived at exactly 3pm to kick off the fan signing with a good size crowd lined up to get her autograph.  How lucky these people are!!!

Shin Hye’s lovely personality and down to earth character was what shone through the most.  Her inner beauty makes her so much more beautiful.  Quoting from thenatstory.com, “she wasn’t anywhere close to snobbish.”  You can see this in the way she smiled, the way she interacted with the children and everyone around her.

Coming off the success of 'You're Beautiful', the popularity of actress Park Shin Hye has also been given a boost.



On popular Korean & Japanese genre magazine portal - youeasy.net, Park Shin Hye has been constantly topped by Taiwanese/Chinese Netizens as the 'Top 10 Female Idols' for a consecutive 2 months streak!

To top this off, Etude House Taiwan has been widely promoting her image, in the build up to the airing 'You're Beautiful' in late July.

Lovely day brings another little sunshine!

'You're Beautiful' continues on it's journey of Hallyu wave throughout Asia with 'Lovely Day'!

In her latest album - Sparklers, multi-talented singer, composer, song writer and Actress: Amber Kuo has remade the song into Mandarin! She has also taken part in the production of the song by co-writing the lyrics! Its clear that 'Lovely Day' has made a mark on everyone, and this remake  will sure to bring another sunshine to our lives!

Park Shin-hye in Cyrano Agency

As most of you know, our Star, Park Shin Hye is currently filming her next project - Cyrano Agency. She plays a naive romantist working in dating agency who can make anything happen! This film is set to air late this year and will also feature notable stars, such as Uhm Tae-woong, Lee Min-jeong and Choi Daniel.

Park Shin-hye plays cupid in Cyrano

Park Shin-hye has been added to the cast of the upcoming Cyrano de Bergerac-inspired movie, which has been updated for modern times and titled Cyrano Agency. The original story dealt with Cyrano, a witty but self-conscious man, who wins over the heart of his beloved with romantic letters — but on behalf of another, more handsome, suitor. In this version, lead actor Uhm Tae-woong is the owner of the Cyrano Agency (a sort of dating agency), and Park Shin-hye works along with him as a “love messenger.”

The romantic comedy also stars Smile’s Lee Min-jung as the object of Uhm Tae-woong’s affections, with the love triangle rounded out by High Kick Through the Roof’s Daniel Choi. (Cute cast.)

Cyrano Agency will begin shooting on April 19 and is planning for a September release for the Chuseok holiday.

A.N.Jell-fever: 1st Fanmeeting Sold Out in 4 Minutes!!!

Although You're Beautiful ended 6 months ago, A.N.Jell-fever remains very strong internationally!

In Japan, we've received information that the tickets to A.N.Jell's 1st Fanmeeting that went on sale on 5 June 2010 were sold out in 4 MINUTES!!!

[This is only in reference to normal tickets as advance tickets has been pre-allocated]

Don't worry, we've got our advance tickets already so we'll be reporting back to you all very soon!

Heres just some more info on the fanmeeting & ticket allocations:

The event organized by AVEX Japan & ANJELLS.com will be held on 26 June 2010 at C.C Lemon, Shibuya, Tokyo. Don’t get too excited, it is advertised that only Park Shin Hye and Jang Kuen Suk will be attending this Fanmeet, so half of our Awesome Foursome. What more to fangirl over is the fact that they will be holding 2 SESSIONS for the Fanmeet!!!

Session 1: opens at 1:30pm and official starting time at 2:00pm

Session 2: opens at 5:30pm and official starting time at 6:00pm

Pre-order reservation ballot comes out today (21 April 2010) from 3:00pm til 5 May 2010. Now, this is a ballot system so it does not ensure that you’ll confirmed your ticket until you get selected. Winning reservations will be announced on 8 May 2010 (Noon).

General ticket sales will begin on 5 June 2010.
