Yes, it's been reported that Shin Hye's participation in the manga-to-drama adaptation, Hayate the Combat Butler is semi-confirmed.

Park Shin Hye in the drama Hayate the Combat Butler (produced by GTV) is semi-confirmed as the lead due to her performance in YB last year, leading to an explosion in her popularity, and even received the 2009 SBS newcomer acting award.
