[NEWS] Park Shin Hye Cheers for the Korean Football Team

On the 25th(yesterday), the Qatar Asian Cup soccer tournament semi-finals match between South Korea and Japan was held. The two national teams showed their outstanding sportsmanship and skills on the field. The 1-1 tie at the end of the match called for a time extension However, the score was still tied at 2-2, so the referee awarded penalty kicks to each team. 
Unfortunately, the Korean team lost to the Japanese team at a score of 3-0.

Actress Park Shin Hye and various actors cheered for their home country through Twitter. At 1am on January 26, Park Shin Hye wrote on her Twitter: 'When the players ran I felt my heart pounding. All I can do is to thank them, thank you for your efforts. We know that this is not the end. Let's look forward to the 2014 World Cup! Goodnight everyone, "  encouraging the Korean players.

The 3rd place match between Uzbekistan and South Korea will be held on January 28 at Qatar's Al-Sadd Stadium.
